The best two minutes of your last recording are still sitting in the file.
The ICF coach with a fifty minute interview nobody watched past the introductions. The NED whose panel recording lives on the organiser's drive. The search partner whose webinar had forty people live and none since. I watch the whole thing, cut the minutes worth posting into short captioned clips, and send them back ready to use. Priced per clip, no full edit required.
What This Is, And What It Is Not
Clips, not a production service
A clip is a cut, a caption and a crop. Nothing more is promised, so nothing less is delivered either.
Included in every clip
- The whole recording watched, not skimmed, so the moment chosen is the one that carries the point
- A clean in and out, no starting mid sentence, no cutting the answer before it finishes
- Captions cleaned up and styled, on screen and easy to read with the sound off
- Your name, your client's name and your terminology spelt right in every caption
- A vertical crop that keeps your face in frame the whole way through, ready for LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok as is
- Files named by topic and length, so you can find the right one in a month
- One round of adjustment if a clip needs a different in or out point
Not part of this service
- No re cutting of camera angles or multi camera work
- No colour grading, no b roll, no motion graphics
- No scripting or reshoot of anything in the original recording
- No full episode edit, this is clips from footage that already exists
Where They Go To Work
One recording, 6 places to present them
A clip is not a post. It is an asset you reuse for a month, in front of the Chair, the CHRO or the candidate who was never going to watch the full hour.
The LinkedIn feed
A clip on a Tuesday morning does what a text post cannot, it shows the person. Video posts pull several times the engagement of static ones, and the ones under ninety seconds do best.
Your Featured section
The Chair who looks you up before a Board conversation, the CHRO building a coaching panel, the candidate deciding whether to reply. Pin the clip that says what you would say in the first five minutes of the meeting.
A DM instead of a paragraph
Send the sixty second answer to the exact question a prospect just asked. It reads as generous rather than salesy, and it takes them one tap to watch.
Your newsletter or article
Embed a clip at the top of the piece. Readers who never finish an article will still watch a minute of you saying the same thing.
Reels, Shorts and TikTok
The same vertical file goes straight to Instagram, YouTube and TikTok without a recut, so you turn up in three more places for no extra work.
Proposals, pitches and follow ups
A clip in the deck after a discovery call, in a speaker pitch to an event organiser, or sent to each attendee after a workshop. The buyer hears you before the next meeting.
The Obvious Question
Why not press the auto clip button
Every recording platform has one now, and it is free. It picks the thirty seconds with the most words in it, which is rarely the thirty seconds with the point in it. The clip starts mid sentence. The caption spells your client's name three different ways. The crop follows the loudest voice and cuts through your forehead the moment you lean in.
You post it anyway because it was free, and it does what free things do. Eleven views, two of them yours.
A person who has watched the whole conversation chooses the moment a Chair, a CHRO or a candidate would stop for, then cuts it clean, captions it properly and keeps you in frame. That is what you are paying for, and it is the difference between a clip that gets posted and a clip that gets watched.

How It Works
Three steps, three business days
Step 1
Send the recording
A share link from wherever you recorded, a Drive or Dropbox link, or the raw file. If you already know the moments worth cutting, mark the timestamps. If you do not, say so.
Step 2
I find the moments
Where timestamps are not marked, I watch the full recording first and flag the clips worth cutting before anything is trimmed, and I tell you how many the file supports.
Step 3
Clips arrive in your inbox
Captioned, cropped vertical, named by topic, within three business days of the file arriving.
Questions
Before you send a file
Is this the same as the LinkedIn ghostwriting service?
No. This stands on its own. You do not need to be a client on any other plan to send a recording and get clips back.
What footage works for this?
Anything already recorded, a podcast, an interview, a workshop, a webinar, a keynote, a panel. If it exists as a file or a share link, it can be clipped.
Will you touch the camera work or the edit itself?
No. This is cutting and captioning what is already there, not re editing it. If a recording needs proper post production, that is a different conversation.
How many clips does one recording usually give?
A good hour long conversation typically gives four to eight usable clips. A short interview might give two or three. I will tell you honestly what a file supports before you commit to a number.
What is the turnaround?
Three business days per batch from the moment the file or link arrives.
Send the recording, get the clips back
Tell me what you have and roughly how many clips you want, and I will tell you what the file supports.
